Roots=祖先、原点という言葉には、血脈や歴史への回帰が含まれている。イメージの原点はどこにあるのか、私たちの原点はどこへ続いていくのか、絵画、写真、詩、編み = knittingといった多様な技法によって制作を行う5名の作家たちが描く。
Roots=ancestors, origins—this word has a return to the source of bloodlines and history. Where do images originate? Where do our roots lead? Five artists working across diverse media—painting, photography, poem, and knitting— try to answer these questions.
